imposed street address links

When I put a street address with city/state/zip on one line in the "Notes" app on my iPhone, the app makes a link to the Maps app on my iPhone. This is an imposed link that I did not code for. This is not unlike how iPhone browsers will impose links onto phone numbers (as will Skype's presence on a PC) even if these links do not appear in the HTML. All bits of contact information are becoming links it seems. I've yet to see email links imposed. One still needs to code an A tag in HTML to make an email address a link. Wait, I spoke too soon! The "Notes" app will impose an email link if you punch in an email address.
