This creates an extra tab in Google Chrome Developer Tools for inspecting what is in the store in a given application. You may replay the reducers that affected the store in a timeline that reminded me of animating in 3D Studio MAX. More mundanely you may just see what is in the store or what recently changed. This might be the place to download it.
