You'll see a "Skype Meeting" button when you make a new calendar invite. It'll put a link in your invite and ultimately the calendar line item that others may click on the join the meeting when the time arrives. Yay!
Addendum 4/14/2017: A "Join Online" button will be available in the pleasant, chirpy little box that comes up on your screen when its time for the meeting and clicking it spins up Skype!
