manage certificates at "Console 1 - [Console Root]"
type "mmc" at the start menu in Windows Server 2008 R2 to launch "Console 1 - [Console Root]"
go to: File > Add/Remove Snap-in...
add the "Certificates" snap-in
back at Console 1 you should see a Certificates subsection beneath "Console Root"
