- right-click on the "Computer" desktop icon and pick "Manage" to open the "Server Manager" dialog box
- click the "Add Features" link at the lower right with the default "Server Manager" node of the tree at the upper left selected
- in the "Add Features Wizard" there will be a checkbox for "Message Queuing" which may be expanded to find the checkbox for "Multicasting Support"
