As you type SQL in SSMS Red Gate SQL Prompt will give you a dropdown list of suggestions for what you might type next in the shape of IntelliSense.

For example if you type: SELECT * FROM Foo WHERE ...then then you will next see a dropdown list full of column names for the Foo table.
