Expose your IIS web site to others on your LAN via changing the ports and domain name catchers.

Right-click on a web site in IIS. Pick "Edit Bindings..." and edit the binding you find. Blank out the "Host name" and change the port to something unique. If someone can find your default web site at your LAN with http://mypc123.usualdomainname.com they will now be able to hit http://mypc123.usualdomainname.com:86 to find the new thing at port 86. This may allow users to connect their cell phones to the LAN to test stuff tossed together quickly.
