While I am thinking about Modernizr I wanted to mention that when I saw Alex Sexton speak 21 days ago that he mentioned that one should try to create three resolution buckets for Modernizr, one for 1950s black and white TV (IE6), one for more modern television (IE 7/8/9), and one for high definition TV (Chrome/Firefox/IE10). You have to decide for yourself what browsers are in which buckets.
