Me too. It makes me cranky. To get to IIS7 on Windows Server 2008 R2, instead type "Server Manager" to get the Server Manager. Then navigate to: Server Manager > Roles > File Services > Web Server (IIS) > Internet Information Services Manager (IIS)

The journey isn't necessarily more important than where you are going.
