To break the keeping of an MSSQL 2008 database up across "Logic Unit Numbers" you should right-click on "Databases" within the "Object Explorer" in Microsoft SQL Management Studio. Pick "Restore Database..." from the menu appears. You'll get the "Restore Database" pane. The "Options" subtab is where one defines the LUNs.
