A better way to install the AttachTo plug in in Visual Studio 2013.

1. at the TOOLS menu go to "Extensions and Updates..."
2. click "Online" at the left of the "Extensions and Updates" pane which appears
3. search for "AttachTo" at the upper right
4. find the appropriate line item and click its "Download" button

 
 

I tried just downloading the .vsix online and trying to double-click it to install it but it misbehaved. :( This is the other way to approach the same challenge.
