...right click on the trunk in the Source Control Explorer pane in Visual Studio and pick "Get Specific Version..."
Keep "Latest Version" at the Type drop down in the dialog box that appears and then click Get after first checking the checkboxes for:
- Overwrite writeable files that are not checked out
- Overwrite all files even if the local version match the specified version
