...by putting the work incompatible in parenthesis by the name of the project in the Solution Explorer:
- install more stuff with the installer (I cannot tell what the magic ingredient is specifically.)
- reopen Visual Studio and right-click on the projects with (incompatible) by them
- there will be an option to make the (incompatible) go away
