"page lifecycle" stuff in dojox 1.9.2

When you have a view that has subviews...

1. beforeActivate in the view runs first.
2. beforeActivate in the current subview runs next.
3. afterActivate in the same subview then runs.
4. afterActivate back in the parental view then comes last.
