the "Macintosh" CSV in Microsoft Excel 2010

When you save an .xlsx as a .csv in Microsoft Excel 2010 at Windows 10 there will be three options:

1. CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv)
2. CSV (Macintosh) (*.csv)
3. CSV (MS-DOS) (*.csv)

The Macintosh option behaves goofy at Windows 10, not honoring carriage returns for new rows.
